Hall Yellow Drape Design w/Hooked Lid Teapot -
The gold design is leaves and acorns; perhaps cabin in the woods, perhaps
Yellow Autumn Leaves. The swoop design and the hooked lid are charming.
Take care when you pour. The hook holds the lid loosely; the lid doesn't fall
off but it does move a bit.
This 1940's teapot is in lovely; very few signs of use. No chips, cracks or crazing.
Gold is in very good condition.
Maker's Mark stamped twice; once in gold with cup count.
Teapot is 9 1/2" from tip spout to turn of handle and about 6 3/8"
tall at the top of the knob.
