Would be lovely green on the Christmas table. With the cost if it Uncle Albert
happens to drop it...he is easily forgiven. I believe it's Lady Greenbriar Design.
There are some issues with the teapot. First is that I believe the
lid isn't original to the pot but rather a sugar bowl lid; it has no
tab. Also, there is a base line chip that was
covered very nicely with gold. Finally, use shows on the handle.
On the plus side: no interior staining or crazing, no cracks or dings on
the nose. That's the usual ding spot.
Maker's Mark is shown below.
The pot is 9 3/4" spout tip to handle turn and 6 1/2" tall. 4
- 5 cups.
